At the beginning of the summer, when I mentioned my interest in hitchhiking to my mom, she warned me against it and relayed the following:
Ehhh, I wouldn't if I were you. You have to be careful. I had some very disturbing things happen when I was hitchhiking out west; one time a man picked me up and he was wearing short, jean cut-offs. His balls were hanging out the whole time and he kept asking me if I wanted to party.
With my mom's memory in mind, I decided against it and opted for a safer method of transportation to Canada; the Greyhound bus.
Or so I thought.
After a gate miscommunication, I was the last person to board the bus from Columbus to Clevaland. I settled into the only empty seat and tried to get situated. The man next to me shifted his weight and eyed me. As the bus pulled out of the terminal, I noticed the man start "adjusting" himself under his blanket. OK I have brothers so I didn't pay much attention BUT it continued. And continued. I started to get suspicious and I felt his gaze on me. I inched away and zoned in on my book praying that I was imagining things. He started to get skirmish and and then pulled his blanket up. The hard outline beneath his pants was obvious. Ewww. I looked away and brainstormed what to do. The seats were filled and could I really say, "Ummm excuse me will you trade me seats? This man is showing off his erection." No, no that was not an option. Scared he might try to touch me and I rehearsed "Don't f@#$ing touch me!" in my head.
I suffered through, practically sitting in the aisle for two hours and "he" eventually "calmed down". I rushed to the next connection(to Buffalo) and I saw him try to creep up in line next to me. GROSS! I distanced myself and he left me alone.
I knew the Greyhound would be rough around the edges but I had no idea I would be visually assaulted by some nasty sleazo. Ick.

I believe you need to add "THIS. IS. NOT. WHAT. I. PAID. FOR." to your repertoire of things to say to sleezeballs!
