Ummm, Why?

After I kicked a chair's ass and made it my bitch (see this entry) I felt guilty for possibly stealing. My remorse didn't last long when realized the mass amount of abandoned chairs that line the streets of Seoul. I even found orphans in the nearby city of Suwon. My question is, ummm, why???
