WARNING: THIS CONTAINS GENERALIZATIONS

I was walking around the Golden Temple in Kyoto when I spotted a woman wearing gold pants. The first thing I thought was...that woman is definitely French. Then as she lifted her arms to take a picture she revealed extremely hairy armpits. Hmmm. Not completely convinced I inched closer and sure enough heard the lovely sound of french coming out of her mouth. It may be wrong but I do this often when I travel. I call it GUESS THE NATIONALITY. Some nationalities are easier than others.

Here are a few trends that I have noticed:

Very tall and blond-Swedish women
Thick sparkle scarfs-Spanish women
Black thongs with white shorts-Italian women (or maybe men)
Rat tails-Spanish men
Black thick rimmed glasses-Korean men
Any kind of alcohol shirt-American men
Tall, lots of make-up and short dress or skirt-Russian women
Canadians are the easiest because they all have flags sewn on the back of their bags.

So I am curious if anyone else has noticed these or other trends. Or if anyone even reads this blog. Ha.
